What is HE&L?

HE&L stands for Health, Energy, and Love — a UK wellness brand (Health Energy and Love Ltd, based in Nottingham), built around Reggie Brown's book Stayin Alive and a small range of natural products that grew out of the practice it describes. The book is the way in; the products are that practice made into something you can hold. The site runs on our own platform — owned code and data, not a rented storefront.

When will the book be published?

There's no date yet. The manuscript is in its last stretch — being read back and tightened rather than added to — and the publication date will appear here and on the book page first. If you'd like to be told when it's ready, you can register your interest on the book page.

Where are HE&L products made?

In the UK, in small batches, with natural ingredients.

Can I buy anything yet?
