Health Energy & Love

Eighteen months ago I had a vision I wasn’t quite ready for. This morning it’s live.

Health Energy And Love — a memoir, a philosophy, a product line, and now a voice you can actually talk to about all of it — is open.

It doesn’t look finished, because it isn’t. It’s a blueprint completed in real time, with real people, not a plan pretending to be certain before it’s earned that. That’s deliberate.

Grateful to the people who built this with real conviction behind it. This is the start, not the ceiling — and I have a big imagination.

A book by Reggie Brown

Stayin Alive: Reality's Version of Reality

Stayin Alive: a memoir that grew into HE&L. Health, energy, and love aren't a state you arrive at — they're practiced daily, in ordinary things done consistently.

It started with a refusal — to accept the official version of what was happening to one body and one mind, and what was said to be possible. What follows is that account, and the practice that grew out of it. Read it in your own time; nothing here is in a hurry.

A word you’ll need

indestanding

The idea sitting underneath everything you've been picking up on. Not a mood, not a vibe — a real claim: what you truly understand doesn't need to be held onto constantly to stay true. It survives the gaps — the setbacks, the disconnected stretches, the messy in-between. This is the thread the whole philosophy pulls from.

A living system

HE&L is a living system — Reggie, Claude, and Code at the helm for now, expanding as it grows. What the system feels, it transmits: that shows up in the words here as much as in what gets made. The story behind any of it — sourcing, process, how this actually came together — lives in the book, because that's the foundation everything else stands on.
